"Where to start! Will was very proactive in his communication about check in and also making sure we were comfortable while we were there. The home was exactly as pictured, immaculate and beautiful. The second we walked through the doors we felt at home between the cleanliness and the personal touches that were added to make us feel welcomed. There was plenty of space for 9 of us, and the kids loved having toys there and the Pac-Man game. The kitchen and bathrooms had what we needed for a few days and more. I loved the location being between the Ark and the Cincinnati Zoo. It is also close to local shopping and coffee spots. I would highly recommend anyone to book with Will. You will love your stay!"

"We’ve stayed at several rental properties around the US and this was by far the best. Very clean, a great host, beautiful location, and wonderfully stocked. So many places do not have enough seats or dishes or towels to accommodate the number of sleeping places but this was well stocked with everything. We had everything we would need in the kitchen and in the entire house. I loved how everything was well organized, clean and felt comfortable. My in-laws have never stayed in a rented house and they repeatedly said how wonderful this experience was. We loved the beautiful fall weather and the outdoor space to enjoy it around the grill and tree swing and the creek running through the property. I truly cannot say enough nice things about this house. I would recommend it to everyone. As Will states in the information, you can sometimes hear the family above like you would in an apartment but it was never excessive or noisy or during quiet hours. I highly recommend this place!"

"This was our first stay at an Airbnb. We had no idea of what to expect, except for the written description and the pictures which advertised the facility. Having no bias this assessment is based solely and totally, & objectively as we can. We would like to say if Airbnb is truly interested in growing their business, they should consider selecting this place as their “Flagship Accommodation “. It met everyone’s expectations and more. When the 3 couples entered the home we went directly to the kitchen where we found all the cabinet doors labeled so you knew exactly where to locate dinnerware silverware and most importantly the coffee and coffee cups for your fresh cup of “Joe” first thing in the morning. The home is immaculate & decorated beautifully. The manager made himself available which allowed us all the freedom we needed to experience an amazing relaxing stay. This is a beautiful home. Well done Will! We are already spreading the word from LA to CA. We & others will be back."

"Our stay was AMAZING. It was conveniently located between the Ark and Creations Museum. The space was very clean and I am very particular about this usually as almost all places fail to meet expectations for cleanliness but this one did! The furnishings were great and the neighborhood was nice."
