1. Why should be book directly on your website and not on AirBnB and VRBO?

Websites like AirBnB and VRBO charge high fees to guests (upwards of 11-12%). We would like you to avoid these fees and get a great stay for less! As such, you can book directly on our website and get better rates.

2. Is the maximum number of guests listed for each property a firm limit or can there be some flexibility?

First, note that infants under 2 years old need not be counted towards the total number of guests. If you wish to bring more than the limit shown, please send an inquiry instead of trying to book. Tell us the number of adults, children, & infants you are bringing and their relative ages. We will consider the capacity of the space and suitability of sleeping arrangements in considering whether to make an exception to the max guest limit. Please be straightforward and honest, that is always the best policy.

3. What if I need to arrive late at night? Is this possible?

Late arrival is no problem at all and is common. You can arrive at any time after your check-in time. Prior to your arrival, detailed instructions will be sent to you so that you can find our house and the vacation rental entrance. The door will have an electronic lock with a key pad and the code for unlocking it will also be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will use this to check yourself into the space.

4. Can I check-in early?

While we would like to accommodate early check-in requests, it really depends on how much time will be available for cleaning the space before your arrival, and this will not be known until closer to your actual arrival date. Once you complete your reservation, leave a message indicating that you may want to check-in early on your arrival day. We will make a note of it and then we will let you know if it is possible a day or so before your arrival date.

5. Do you have any attractions in the area that you recommend?

Yes! Of course, we recommend the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, but there are many other attractions in the area that are great also.
